Miley Cyrus is 18 now!

Miley Cyrus was almost 18 in the picture above. Depending where you live, at the time I'm writing this, Miley might me 18 or not. That's actually pretty cool, but it's a real pain in the arse when people fly over the ocean and need to get used to the new hour.

Anyway, here's Miley, caught sprawled over the bar of Hollywood club Trousdale at 2am this morning, with her new boyfriend, Avan Jogia, pressed on top of her, seemingly kissing or biting her neck.

Bad Miley Cyrus Grounded By Mom Tish Cyrus

Tish Cyrus is putting her foot down. After a series of furious battles with her mouthy pop icon daughter, Miley, Tish recently placed the Hannah Montana star on punishment indefinitely. Miley has faced several public relations nightmares over the past six months, thanks to a succession of naughty photos leaking to the press, but its her “nonstop flirting on Myspace…” and snotty attitude that have put the fifteen year old at odds with “Tough Tish.”

“Miley is getting too big for her britches and had to be taken down a notch,” a friend of the family revealed to Star Magazine. “She’s also been using inapproriate language, and Tish has had enough of that. They’re churchgoing people, and Tish wants Miley to have respect for their religion.”

Miley Cyrus is sorry for being a bad girl

Miley Cyrus has made a statement for People.com in which she apollogises for a series of provocative photos that circulated on the Internet , and for the Vanity Fair photo shoot in which she appears to be nude.

Myley said : "My goal in my music and my acting is always to make people happy. For Vanity Fair, I was so honored and thrilled to work with Annie [Leibovitz]. I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be 'artistic' and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed."

She added: "The pictures of me on the Internet were silly, inappropriate shots. I appreciate all the support of my fans, and hope they understand that along the way I am going to make mistakes and I am not perfect. I never intended for any of this to happen and I am truly sorry if I have disappointed anyone."
