You all know Nicole Kidman, the most talented and beautiful redhead (ok, now she's blode) alive. You've probably seen her in at least one of these movies that brought her fame, fortune and awards (she has an Oscar as well fot The Hours) : The Golden Compass, Cold Mountain, Dogville (amazing acting), Moulin Rouge!, Eyes Wide Shut or The Portrait of a Lady.
Here's a little something you probably didn't know about Tom Cruise's ex wife :
- She was supposed to be the star of Panic Room (2002), but she hurt herself in a stunt for Moulin Rouge! (2001). So, she played the voice of Jodie Foster's divorced husband's wife.
- Spent two weeks in bed after filming of The Portrait of a Lady (1996) - diagnosed as suffering from "emotional stress".
- Nicole Kidman is scared of butterflies.
- She and her ex husband Tom Cruise donated to Hillary Rodham Clinton's campaign for a seat in the U.S. Senate representing New York state in 2000.
- Studied ballet and drama in Australia.
- Ex-girlfriend of bad- boy Lenny Kravitz.
- When she went to Sweden to shoot Dogville (2003), it was the first time in 15 years that she had flown on a public plane.
